Exciting news! Mansfield Outdoor Center is offering a limited time Early Bird Special on their Annual Pass. You will have until the end of May 2023 to purchase an Annual Pass for $120.00 (expires March 31st 2024). In the last 2 weeks, 100 trail users have taken advantage of this offer.
For the price of $10.00 a month (what many of us spend on a good coffee and a craft beer or kombucha) you will have access to all the following activities MOC has to offer…this includes: Mountain Biking, Fat tire biking, Snowshoeing, Trail Running, Hiking, river swimming access and dog walking. Dogs must be on lead in common areas but are permitted off lead on trails. The indoor lounge area with a fireplace and picnic areas all offer a great social environment. Washrooms are available at the Main Lodge.
MOC is also a great place to stage a gravel or road ride from. There is access to safe parking and washrooms before you head off into the hills of Mulmur for your ride.
Did you also know that MOC is a key supporter of TVG for trail grooming and maintenance of the trails in Dufferin Forest/Main Tract (DCF)? This includes financial support, use of MOC’s new snowdog and access to a truck and bobcat for work conducted in DCF. So purchasing a MOC pass directly supports the trails in DCF.
Another point of interest is that Dufferin County is not allowing new trails to be added to the current network. New development of trails in the immediate area will be at MOC. At MOC, we have permission to construct new trails and 3 new builds have already been planned with permission and support to build them this summer.
The two networks combined (MOC joins into DCF Trails) gives us 35km’s of groomed fat bike trails in the winter and over 50km’s of pure singletrack in the summer.
