As the snow has arrived (for now) trail conditions will continuously change. To streamline condition reports, improve efficiency and accuracy we will now be looking towards referencing @moctrails Instagram for trail reports.
MOC has been supporting the grooming operations financially in DCF for the past two years and there is now a second snowdog to be used on MOC and DCF trails this year. Having MOC fully supporting the grooming operation has benefited Riders, TVG and the groomer crew. Between the MOC & DCF groomed singletrack network there will be a combined 30km’s of singletrack groomed this year. As well, MOC will be adding a Fat Bike lane to a portion of their XC ski trails, yielding over 50km’s of Fat Bike specific trails to choose from.
For those who have purchased Day, Winter or Annual Passes at MOC, I know they thank you for your continued support for trails. A portion of your Pass is going towards supporting the entire extended trail network.
For anyone interested in a MOC pass, you can head to https://mansfieldoutdoorcentre.ca/product-category/winter-passes/
A current winter pass is $100 and is good until March 31st 2024. That’s $5.88 a week for access to 50km’s of well groomed Fat Bike trails and Facilities.
